Meet the Director | Eduard Hodges
With 23 years of extensive experience in the mining and civil industries, Director Eduard Hodges provides expert, hands-on leadership for Indiji Civil. His deep industry knowledge is demonstrated through a career that includes supervising mining teams of up to 35 crew members and managing projects from estimation to completion.
Eduard holds key industry qualifications including a Certificate IV in Surface Coal Mining (Open Cut Examiner), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and numerous safety certifications (S1, S2, S3, G2). This commitment to excellence and safety, combined with his focus on Indigenous engagement, ensures Indiji Civil delivers innovative and reliable solutions for every client
